One of the agency’s most tenured account managers, Alex connects his clients to the services the agency has to offer. By listening to clients’ strengths, weaknesses and vulnerabilities, he helps them identify their goals and recommends tactical ways to execute successful marketing campaigns. Throughout the planning process, Alex works with all departments at Trilix to make sure that we deliver everything promised on time and on budget — and up to or surpassing the client’s standards.
What is your professional background?
I got my start at Trilix as a summer intern back in 2010, then I was hired as a public relations specialist in 2011. I soon transitioned to project management and have held several roles on the project management and account management teams. Throughout my career, I have also served on many committees and boards in the Des Moines area.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I enjoy the interaction with all of our clients and staff. I thrive on face-to-face communication and interaction, building those relationships and providing our clients with the best service possible. Problem-solving is something I enjoy too. I strive to be someone anyone can go to for advice, recommendations and general feedback.
What hobbies do you enjoy in your free time?
I have a 6-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son; I enjoy any minute I’m around them — coaching their sports, taking them on trips, doing activities and even causal movie nights inside. I’m an assistant (volunteer) soccer coach for the Urbandale High School boys’ varsity team. This year is my 10th year coaching them. I also manage a couple side hobby businesses that keep me busy when I find any extra time.
