With Trilix since our inception, Janelle is a senior project manager who ensures projects run smoothly, deadlines are met and deliverables are produced correctly. Janelle manages workflow and communicates with clients, providing updates to the Trilix team about targets, timelines and budgets. Her keen sense of organization and attention to detail make her an asset to any client.
What is your professional background?
My career started at Trilix almost 20 years ago. I was hired right after graduating from Buena Vista University at the front desk position and quickly moved into project/production coordination and then eventually into the role of senior project manager. It has been fun to watch the agency grow over the past two decades!
What is a work-related accomplishment you’re proud of?
I am most proud of the relationships I have developed with clients, vendors and co-workers over the last 20 years at Trilix. Establishing trust and having great communication are key to success in working in a fast-paced environment and are at the core of our values at Trilix.
What is your go-to tactic for unwinding after a stressful day?
After leaving the office, I quickly shift into “mom” mode, and I am a chauffeur for our three kids — eighth grade, fifth grade and third grade — to all of their various activities. When our activities are finished, I enjoy going for a long walk with my husband or sitting on the front porch to unwind with our dog, Charlie.
