Every year, the Des Moines community has the chance to vote for the best local businesses through the Des Moines Business Record’s Best of Des Moines competition. The poll consists of business-related categories such as best sporting event for entertaining clients to best happy hour. Voters also have the opportunity to share their opinion on various categories for marketing and advertising services.

Recently, our video team’s work in partnership with UnityPoint Health was recognized with six Healthcare Advertising Awards, including one best of show. Trilix helped produce a series of videos to illuminate the important work health care professionals do.

  • Trilix has the privilege of working with UnityPoint Health on a new video series called The Not So Late Show with Austin. The pieces highlight UnityPoint Health’s many experts via a talk show hosted by a 7-year-old.
  • Trilix helped the University of Iowa highlight it’s efforts to improve diversity, equity and inclusion through “The Journey to Unity” video. As stated, unity will be a way of life for faculty, staff and students.

Our team’s work also garnered a 2020 SVG College Sports Media Award for Outstanding Short-Form Fan Engagement for work on the 2019 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championship, Best of Show at the 2019 AAF of Des Moines American Advertising Awards for work with the Iowa Wild and a 2018 Upper Midwest Regional Emmy® Award in the Documentary — Cultural Category for the video “Cultivation: Writing and Wrestling in Iowa City.”
